No commitment is required at this stage.
How is pricing structured?
Most projects are priced per source word, which gives you a predictable cost before we begin. Software localization projects (UI strings, CMS environments) are sometimes priced per project or on a retainer basis, depending on scope and complexity. Rush surcharges apply for 24-hour turnarounds. We provide a transparent breakdown with every quote.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Standard projects (2,000–10,000 words) are delivered in 3–5 business days. Larger projects are scoped individually. Urgent requests (24-hour delivery) are available for most divisions, subject to current workload. Software localization timelines depend on project architecture — we discuss this during the technical consultation.
How do you handle confidential documents?
All client materials are handled with strict confidentiality. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) at no additional cost for clients who require them — simply request this when submitting your quote. Source files are stored securely and deleted upon project completion unless you request otherwise. We do not share or repurpose client content under any circumstances.
